As your Doula, I will support you in your birth journey, whatever that may look like. Everyone's journey looks a little different, and that's what makes it so unique and special! I will be there to provide both physical and emotional support for you, as well as for your partner. Picture me as your personal assistant, one who knows all of the techniques to get your baby to move into position, who captures the pictures that you will look at and relive your birth for years to come. I will be the one to hold your hand, suggest different positions, support your partner as your share this journey together. I am the one that you want supporting you on your big day. As your Doula, I am dedicated to make you feel empowered, loved and supported throughout this journey! As your Doula, it is my honor to be able to serve you in whatever way that ends up being!

Two prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth.

Education about pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. As well as basic newborn care.

Birth preference assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you

Unlimited phone, text, and e-mail support after 38 weeks to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and early labor. Prior to 38 weeks I will be available from 8 am to 5 pm for non-urgent needs.

Up to 18 hours of continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner during active labor, birth and up to 2 hours after birth. After 18 hours support is 40.00 per hour.

One postpartum follow-up visit with in one week of delivery to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period

Photos and or video of the labor, delivery and your first moments together. These photos will be delivered to you in a private gallery within two weeks of birth.

NOTE: Births outside of 50 mile range of Congerville are subject to an additional $175.00 travel fee. This is based off on your address.
